Are there any obligations?

None whatsoever. We will be in touch to discuss your property and how we can add value to the sales process, but ultimately the decision to use our service is yours.


If you meet with one or more of our agents, but chose not to sell with them then no worries. We want you to be completely satisfied and confident with what the agent has to offer.

Can you explain the process?

After submitting your property details via our online form we will be in contact with you. We will then provide a personalised report on your property including the local trends and comparable sales in your area. – This is a helpful report to have before engaging your agent.

Next we start our analysis and crunch the data to find the best local agent/s in your area.

The agent/s will then arrange a time to meet you at your property. When you are ready you can choose to list with either our chosen agent/s or someone completely independent.

If you select one of our recommended agents then we are here in the background as extra support if you require at any stage.
