Why we exist
Choosing an agent is the most important decision in a sale, and most people make it with the least information. A flyer in the letterbox. A neighbour's cousin. The brand with the biggest office. Meanwhile the data on who actually sells homes like yours, quickly and for the best price, sits unused.
Find My Agent was built to put that data in the seller's hands. We are a privately owned New Zealand company with no affiliation to any agency. We rank agents on verified sales results in your area, recommend one or two, and step back. There is no cost to you and no obligation.
How we're paid
When a property sells through an agent we recommended, that agent pays us a referral fee. Sellers never pay. Agents cannot pay to be recommended, and none are excluded from our analysis. The only way onto a shortlist is to sell well.
