You can't buy a referral from us. You can earn one.

We are not a lead-generation company and we do not sell vendor leads. We recommend the agents whose results in a seller's area justify it.

How you get recommended

When a home owner asks us for help, we analyse recent comparable sales in their area and rank the agents who are actually transacting there on verified results — volume, days on market, price achieved, consistency — against the seller's brief. If you are performing in that market, you will show up. There is no roster to join and nothing to pay to be considered.

What it costs

Nothing up front. If a vendor we introduce lists with you and the property sells, a referral fee is payable on settlement under our standard referral agreement. If it doesn't sell, you owe nothing.

What we ask of recommended agents

Respond to an introduction within one working day.
Agree that we may run a complimentary social media campaign for the property using your listing material.
Treat the vendor as you would any client — our reputation rides on yours.
